Sniffing out the answers.
Grooming, daycare, boarding, vaccinations and that very real webcam — sorted before you call.
Pricing
Grooming price depends on your pet’s size, coat type and the style you choose. A bath & brush starts around $40 and a full groom around $64; bigger or long-coated pets cost more. Our booking tool gives you a live estimate, and you always get the final number at check-in before we start.
Grooming
A bath & brush is usually 1–2 hours; a full groom is 2–4 hours depending on size, coat and how many friends your pup wants to make. We never rush — we groom in calm, low-stress sessions with play and potty breaks.
For quick services like nail trims and the Nails & Teeth Express, yes — Tuesday through Thursday. Full grooms, daycare and boarding need a booking so we can give your pet the time and attention they deserve.
We humanely work out light mats, but heavy matting can hurt your pet and may mean a shorter cut for their comfort and safety — never de-matting that causes pain. We’ll always show you and talk it through first. Mat removal is billed by time.
Most dogs do well with a full groom every 6–8 weeks and a bath in between. Double-coated breeds benefit from a de-shed every 6–8 weeks in shedding season. We’ll suggest a rhythm that fits your pet’s coat.
Puppies
As soon as they’re fully vaccinated — usually around 12–16 weeks. Early, gentle “puppy first groom” visits build a lifetime of happy, stress-free spa days. We keep them short, sweet and full of treats.
Daycare
Yes — every daycare and boarding dog does a free meet-and-greet so we can see how they play and match them to the right group by size and temperament. It keeps every pup safe and having fun.
Yes, the meet-and-greet temperament check is completely free. It usually takes a couple of hours so we can watch your dog settle in and play.
In a real deployment, yes — we’d stream live HD from each play yard and boarding suite so you can check in any time. In this template the cam is a friendly demo.
Policies
Dogs need current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella (kennel cough); cats need rabies and FVRCP. Canine influenza is strongly recommended for daycare and boarding. Upload records once and we’ll keep them on file.
Boarding
Absolutely — familiar smells help pets settle. We can’t guarantee belongings against happy wear, so leave irreplaceables at home. Please bring your pet’s own food to avoid tummy upset.
Yes. We administer oral and topical medications for a small daily fee, following your written instructions. Let us know about injections (like insulin) ahead of time so we can plan.
