A few things to keep everyone safe.
A little paperwork keeps every pet healthy and every play group happy. Upload records once and we’ll keep them on file.
Required shots.
All pets on site must be current on these. We verify before the first grooming, daycare or boarding visit.

Upload records through your pet’s profile, or have your vet email/fax them to us. In a real deployment we’d store these securely and remind you before any vaccine expires.

Up-to-date vaccinations
Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella for dogs; rabies & FVRCP for cats. Upload records or have your vet fax them before the first visit.
Temperament & behavior check
All daycare & boarding pets complete a free meet-and-greet assessment so we can match playgroups safely. We’re a force-free, no-punishment facility.
Flea & tick prevention
Pets must be on a current flea/tick preventive. Any pet found with fleas gets a medicated bath (billed) to protect the group.
Spay/neuter over 7 months
Dogs over 7 months attending daycare or boarding must be spayed or neutered to keep play groups calm and safe.
Emergency-vet authorization
You authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care if needed; we’ll always try to reach you first and follow your listed vet & limits.
Belongings & food
Bring your pet’s own food to avoid tummy upset. Comfort items are welcome but loved-on items can show happy wear — leave irreplaceables at home.
Safety & insurance
Wag & Bristle Pet Grooming & Boarding is a licensed, bonded and insured Texas pet-care facility (TX Pet Care Facility License #PCF-22184, illustrative for this template). All staff are trained in pet CPR and first aid; we practice force-free, low-stress handling and never use punishment-based methods.
Emergency vet care
By using our services you authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if needed; we will always attempt to reach you first and follow your listed veterinarian and any cost limits you provide.
Boarding & daycare
Boarding and daycare require current vaccinations and a completed temperament assessment. Rates shown are illustrative for this template; holiday and peak dates may carry a surcharge. See our requirements page for full policies.
